Our other specialty restaurant is Virgil's Real BBQ located in Times Square and Atlantis Bahamas serving genuine southern home-style experience with authentic BBQ and American dishes created by our many smokers on premise.

Miss America contestants dine at Carmine’s: no carbs… until dessert!

Hey, isn’t that…. Dozens of Miss America contestants, dining on Monday night at Carmine’s downtown? Dead giveaways: those tiaras and sashes. The flock of leggy ladies enjoyed the kind of no-carb nosh you might expect from women about to don swimsuits in front of a national television audience during this week’s pageant (salmon, roasted veggies, etc.). But their willpower apparently didn’t last long. For dessert, the restaurant served the party its signature “Titanic,” a monster confection consisting of eight scoops of ice cream over a chocolate torte covered in a snow drift of whipped cream.

Passion, not a plan, was what brought Carmine's boss success

Jeffrey Bank did not have the most direct path in becoming the CEO of Alicart Restaurant Group. He was motivated to get into the food industry after a conversation with a neighbor, whom he admired. The conversation led to him getting his first restaurant gig, one he admits he was not prepared for.

Carmine's Italian Restaurant to Open at the Forum Shops

A Times Square Italian restaurant that serves 1 million people a year is planning to open an even bigger location in Las Vegas next year. Carmine's will sprawl over 26,000 square feet of space at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. The restaurant will be twice the size of the Times Square location and among the biggest eateries on the Strip.
